Cake baking and flavours

All cakes are made in the traditional way with top quality ingredients. Enquiries for all flavours are welcome. The most popular and favourite is a moist dark chocolate cake, covered with white chocolate truffle and fondant. Carrot, banana, madeira and fruit cakes are also popular.

Design and sugar craft

Each cakes' shape, topping and colours are individually designed for you for your special occasion. Christine can work from pictures or a description.

To order a cake

Remember, cakes take time to be made and decorated and some times of the year are busier than others.
Each cake is designed to complement the event or occasion, meaning that ideas, colours and styles are personalised. Wedding cakes – order at least 4 weeks in advance and earlier in the wedding season. The earlier you can order the easier it will be for your needs to be met. Others - allow 10 days.

An appointment can be arranged to ensure your details are finalised - please call or email - it is that easy. Bring your ideas and thoughts to a personal appointment where your cake will be designed just for you. A deposit is required to confirm an order and final payment must be made prior to delivery.
